EG & Co. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your EG & Co. purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have original tags attached, if applicable
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, accessories, and any items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at egandcollc@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide additional return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, of damaged.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as EG & Co. cannot be responsible for returns that are lost while being shipped back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at egandcollc@outlook.com and include your order number and photographs of the item.

We will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
